Arthur James Mantilla. That's his name. Just ask him, he'll tell you. I know him as "Shorty" or the "Spanish Red Neck"! What can I say about Arthur. Most people are lucky to have a couple "true friends" in their life time. I'm happy to say that I am one of them. Arthur and I have been friends for about ten years. I meet him when we worked together at Marriott. I was a lowly restaurant supervisor and he was a bus boy at the time. He didn't talk too much back then but he always worked hard. At first I thought he was a little shy because he didn't talk. Boy was I wrong about that. He loves to talk and if you ask him for his opinion, he'll give it to you. That's what I like about him. No B.S., just a straight up answer.
Arthur is more than a friend, he is a brother to me. We come from two entirely different back grounds but in the end, none of that really matters. He is a nice, genuine person, who is always trying to help others. Just because he's a little short, don't hold that against him. (lol)
In closing, Arthur is a my friend and will always be as long as I'm around. If you happen to meet someone in your life time who happens to be a friend like him, consider yourself a blessed person.
